ra999 Terms and Conditions — Know Before You Play

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing or using any part of the ra999 platform — including its website, mobile application, games, sports betting section or any associated services — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and ra999. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform. Continued use of ra999 after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials. ra999 is not liable for any losses or issues resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your password secure. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You must not allow any other person to use your account, deposit funds on your behalf or place bets through your account.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

ra999 processes all transactions in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). There are no currency conversion fees when depositing or withdrawing in PKR. The following payment methods are currently supported:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals
• Raast — instant bank transfer via the national payment system
• Bank Transfer — direct transfers from Pakistani bank accounts
• Cards and Mobile Wallets — as made available from time to time

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of deposit. ra999 reserves the right to update these limits without prior notice. Deposits must come from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in account suspension.

ra999 does not charge fees for standard deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own charges. Please check with JazzCash, Easypaisa or your bank before making a transfer if you are unsure about applicable fees.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed promptly by ra999. To submit a withdrawal, your account must be fully verified and your balance must meet the minimum withdrawal threshold displayed in your account dashboard.

Key withdrawal conditions:

• Withdrawals are only paid to the same payment method used for your deposit wherever technically possible.
• You must have completed any applicable bonus wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be processed from a bonus-funded balance.
• ra999 may request additional verification documents before processing large withdrawals.
• Withdrawal times vary by payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed faster than bank transfers.
• ra999 reserves the right to delay a withdrawal pending a security or verification review.

If you have an active bonus on your account, withdrawing before meeting the wagering requirement may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed. The remaining real-money balance will still be paid out.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

ra999 offers welcome bonuses, reload promotions and seasonal offers — particularly around Cricket events like Pakistan Super League (PSL) and international T20 tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Each bonus is available to eligible players only and can only be claimed once per player per promotion period, unless stated otherwise.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier is stated on each bonus offer page.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. If wagering requirements are not completed within the stated time, the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from your account.

• ra999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time.
• Bonus abuse — including the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns or any manipulation of promotion terms — will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

7. Gameplay Rules

All games on ra999 — including Slots, Fish Games, Bingo, Live Casino and Sports Betting — operate according to their own specific rules, which are displayed within each game or section. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules.

General gameplay conditions:

• All bets placed on ra999 are final once confirmed. ra999 will not reverse or refund a completed bet except in cases of a proven technical fault on ra999's side.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round, ra999 will review the game logs and either void the round (returning the bet) or, where the outcome can be clearly determined, settle accordingly.
• For Sports Betting, all markets are settled according to the official result of the relevant competition. In the case of Cricket — including PSL, T20 and other international matches — the official result as declared by the governing body applies.
• ra999 reserves the right to void bets placed on any market where there is evidence of match manipulation, data errors or system faults.

• Using the platform to engage in any form of money laundering, fraudulent transactions or financial crime.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent or unauthorised payment methods.
• Attempting to abuse, threaten or harass ra999 staff or other players.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

ra999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any clause within these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or money laundering.
• Duplicate account detection.
• At the player's own request, including self-exclusion requests.

Where an account is closed due to a breach by the player, ra999 is not obligated to return any funds held in the account. Where an account is closed for other reasons — such as a platform business decision — any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting ra999 support. Any active bonus balance will be removed upon closure. Your real-money PKR balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method.

11. Limitation of Liability

ra999 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain consistent uptime and game availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for losses resulting from:

• Temporary platform downtime, maintenance windows or technical outages.
• Connectivity issues on your end, including mobile data problems or device failures.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by your payment provider (e.g. JazzCash, Easypaisa or your bank).
• Game outcome results — all game results are generated by certified Random Number Generators or resolved by live events; ra999 does not influence outcomes.
• Losses arising from your own decisions, betting strategies or misunderstanding of game rules.

To the maximum extent permitted, ra999's total liability to any player for any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
